We are committed to putting Jesus at the centre of every Liberti Kids service. Every Sunday, kids gather in safe, fun, and age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in creative and engaging ways. 

Here are a few updates about our wonderful Kids Ministry.

This year in Liberti Kids (as well as in 2027) we are working through the Bible in chronological order, from Genesis all the way to Revelation.
Since May, we have focused on the books of Daniel, Ezra, Haggai, Zechariah, Esther, Nehemiah and Malachi, while peeking at Luke and John which points us to the coming of Jesus in our upcoming series. 

For the next few months (August to November) we will be looking at “The Son has Come”. Liberti Kids will learn how Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, came to earth to save us. His birth brought us our Saviour and Redeemer, fulfilled ancient prophecies, and further displayed God’s love to the world. God confirmed the Sonship of Jesus through His baptism and ability to remain sinless when tempted by the enemy.

Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, who came to  earth to save us.

Unit 20: Jesus' Ministry Began
(20 September – 11 October)

Jesus is fully God and fully human.

Child Dedications

This Father’s Day, the 6th of September, we will be holding child dedications during each service as well as spending some time together sharing in family worship for primary aged kids (prep- year 6).

Activity Bags

Kids are always welcome in the main auditorium and if you would like your child to sit with you in church, an activity bag is a great way to keep them occupied.

Activity Bags are a free resource, available for kids to use and these are filled with books, colouring in, note taking, stickers and something to fidget with, please grab one on the way in, and please return them on the way out.

Year 6 Transition to Youth

This term the Year 6 kids are finishing their last term at Liberti Kids, before they become the newest Youth participants. At Liberti Kids we have been intentionally digging deeper into theology and biblical literacy to prepare them for this next season. 

Towards the end of the term, we will be holding celebrations to farewell the Year 6 students and give them a small gift that we hope will help them with the transition to sitting in on church.

Youth Camp is happening on the 23rd September – 25 September and is a wonderful way for our Year 6 students to know others in Youth and also be known. If you would like more information, there will be a Youth Camp Parents information night on 11 September at 6:30.

We would love to grow our Liberti Kids Team, so that we can continue to provide our high-quality, gospel-centred program to hundreds of children every week. If you have a

Team. Discipling the youngest members of our church alongside fellow believers
is a beautiful, life-giving ministry to be a part of!

JOIN THE TEAM

Liberti Playgroup runs every Tuesday during the school term, from 9am-11:00am. Our program is best suited for children aged 0 – 4 years.

Our heart is for Liberti Playgroup to be a life-giving space for all women (including mums, mums-to-be, mums of grown children, or mums-in-love), to come together, supporting and encouraging one another as we navigate motherhood. It is a wonderful space to connect with other women, and for children to build lasting friendships. Playgroup is also an excellent way for toddlers to become familiar with the Liberti Kids Rooms, for when they are ready to join us in Liberti Kids on Sundays!
