God has always desired to dwell with His people. And in the beginning, He did.
But after cosmic-treason of Genesis 3, God's people were separated from Him, and spent thousands of years, longing to dwell with Him again, as they had in the beginning. They were led through the wilderness aware of His presence, but never able to see His face.
Then Isaiah saw a vision of the LORD, and it changed how he saw everything else.
The God who could not be seen, now invites us to behold Him.

Speakers

Laura Haas

Laura Haas

Laura Haas is the Women’s Director of Liberti Church on the Gold Coast, and speaks at conferences around Asia Pacific, teaching women about trusting and treasuring the God of the Bible.

She and Jaeden have been married for over 10 years, and they adore making laughter-filled memories with their 2 young girls.

Laura counts it a joyful privilege to minister the hope of the gospel to a hope-less world, and is often caught daydreaming about the eternal joy that awaits her when she lays her eyes on Jesus, in glory.

Jen Lavigne

Jen Lavigne

Jen Lavigne is married to Jordan and they, together with their two children, live in Canberra and are treasuring the new-found gift of family time.

Jen delights in studying the Word of God, in seeing Jesus woven through all of Scripture, and in experiencing the faithful presence of God in the most ordinary days of motherhood.

She speaks at women’s events with the desire for women to behold Jesus, finding in Him renewed confidence and joy to follow Him faithfully in every season.

Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes is a storyteller and filmmaker with a heart to help others discover Jesus, equipping them to engage thoughtfully with a fractured world.

Through her career in film, the Lord has provided her with opportunities to share her testimony of coming to Christ in unexpected places.

Lisa’s life's desire is to pursue the childlike wonder found in a life set free by Jesus. Her happy place is on top of an Irish mountain, pondering the goodness of God—and the pizza waiting for her at the bottom.
